I am willing to bet a steak dinner that you can recover the cost of the software immediately if you simply enter your old mailing list into the database and implement a campaign to bring those folks you have been ignoring back into the fold.
I like the fact that you are always improving your product but it doesn't really make much difference to me. It seems like there are many ways my business could benefit from your products. Also, I like that all customer service calls lead to a live person now.
Infusion CRM is absolutely amazing. But believe me, before using it, I was very skeptical. I read and re-read your website multiple times and everything sounded great, but companies usually do feed you the golden nuggets and forget to tell you about the hidden traps. So I did a lot more research and talked to a lot of marketers who were using Infusion CRM.
Well, long story short, they all recommended I invest in it immediately, so I scrapped my old out-dated CRM and jumped into InfusionCRM with both feet. Today, my staff and I have been using your software for almost a year and I can easily say that it has helped increase sales, increase conversion rates, and increase the implementation of our marketing many times over. In fact, I cant imagine running our business without this software.

I honestly can't stop thinking how great of an investment Infusion CRM is. Sure it's a bigger investment than other systems but it's also the most intuitive, easy to use, and sophisticated solution out there. You really do get what you pay for.
With other systems I've used I would wait for phone support for almost an hour, but with Infusion I'm usually done, up and running in half that or less. The support is no short of awesome! I'm really not exaggerating. Whenever I call Infusion support about any problem, big or small, they're always so patient and eager to help. A lot of times they even fix my problems FOR me or in the least point me in the right direction and wait until I figure things out. Plus, they often follow up with me via email to make sure everything turned out okay.
Even with my initial merchant account difficulties, the Infusion team extended themselves and spent countless hours helping me find workarounds and solutions. They even were in contact with the merchant account company directly! Are these guys that crazy that they spend that much time helping ONE customer?! I guess they are... no wonder they claim they have "fanatical" support."
The entire staff at infusion software deserves an award. I have never been treated with such kindness and a willingness to help from a company than I have with Infusion Software. Our office recently purchased the system to upgrade office efficiency. From day one, the support has been above outstanding! We were given a wonderful tour of the system by phone, introduced to the training videos and the weekly call-in support. Magical Mind is constantly updating its product lines, altering its campaigns, and capitalizing on Infusion CRM seemingly endless bells and whistles. When a campaign email or mailer is triggered, our office is buzzing the following morning with calls, emails, orders and administration. In some cases we have zero time to figure out how to use new Infusions features, or to find out why something didn't work the way we wanted it to.
Over the past five months, I can almost guarantee I have abused the Support team services at Infusion more than anyone else - to the point that we are now on a first name basis. I appreciate it guys. Art, Jared, Sharyl and to anyone else I have carried on tricky tech support calls with, thank you it makes all the difference. I need to have my hand held when I'm learning a new application, or a new part of any computer program. The features are just so well planned that it makes you wonder what these guys didn't think of! The auto charge trigger setup is just perfect. I was looking for a way to ensure our clients are notified if we have problems charging them for their transaction and the cascading trigger setup was just right for the job. As an attorney managing a busy plaintiff's personal injury practice with a complex, multi-step direct response marketing system, I had been on the lookout for software that would help me keep track of everything Bill Glazer and Dan Kennedy have taught me.
When I decided to create my own info-product for attorneys (teaching them to do what Dan and Bill have taught me to do) I knew I had to have something that would really allow me to go from "idea to implementation" in a matter of minutes. I looked at the standard off the shelf customer relationship software programs and "sat in" on a couple of webinar demonstrations with the folks at Infusion.
There simply was no comparison so, even before our info-product was actually ready, I decided that Infusion CRM was the product I needed. At first it seems overwhelming... it does so much.. but I quickly discovered that virtually everything you can think of has been "built into" the software so well it was though it was reading my mind! I keep thinking "I wonder if it can do XYZ", and "viola" it CAN. It's loaded with help built right in and the support at Infusion has been tremendous.
Some of the smartest info marketers I know of are using Infusion CRM and I am happy to join them in enthusiastically recommending Infusion CRM for anyone who would like to "do less" so they can "make more".

In 4 months I've made a 180 degree switch from first thinking 'Darn, that's pricey' to 'Ok, you got me' and now 'I couldn't imagine my life B.I. (before infusion)... because this thing is INCREDIBLE!' The CRM simply rocks. And the staff at Infusion are always working hard to continue adding new features that make my life easier every day. With that said, there IS a learning curve to anything... and Infusion is no different in that respect from other tools, systems, and programs that you'll make an investment in to grow and run your business.
And even though I'm a pretty tech savy guy, getting into Infusion when we first got it was like sitting in the driver's seat of a space shuttle... when I've previously only flown model airplanes! Thank GOD for their 'mission control' implementation department. Within a few days of our purchase, they contacted me and we began the step-by step process of getting the system configured, importing our data, setting up products and continuity programs, sale forms, action sequences, multi-step campaigns, affiliate programs, and seamlessly transitioning everything from our old programs into Infusion.
Without the implementation department, and Jarrod Morris in particular, we NEVER would have gotten off the ground as with as much speed and precision as we have. If you're serious about systemizing and automating your business, then you NEED Infusion. And once you've made the decision to make the investment, your next step should be figuring out how fast you can get up and running on the system to maximize your ROI. And the implementation department is there to help you do just that.
